My first 'gig' report for South Staffs Entertainment Secretaries Council, (extracts from The Circuit magazine)

Tonight we should have been entertained by .............. Unfortunately, they couldn't make it and as I was away on holiday my daughter rang Jack Stain, who kindly arranged for Phil Aaron to replace them. The feedback was that 'he went down a storm'. Thanks a lot Phil.
SUE FIELD, WALSALL BUS CLUB, October 2006

To get the New Year off to a good start, we had an excellent artiste by the name of Phil Aaron. Phil provided three brilliant 'spots' of superb music and song. Many thanks Phil.
DENNIS WEBLEY, SEDGLEY WMC, January 2007

Tonight was our first Shownight of the year. Making their debuts were vocalists Maria Lee and Phil Aaron, whilst our comedian for the night was the legendary Ian 'Sludge' Lees. Both Maria and Phil gave us two smashing sets, with some fine singing of a mixture of songs. Comments from our audience were that they were two of the best we have ever had on our Shownights.
STEVE DEVEY, BROWNHILLS WMC, March 2007

April fools day, so was I going to look the fool or not with a new face on stage? Absolutely not. We had a fantastic night with Phil Aaron. I had seen him before on a Showcase and I thought then, yes, he's ok, but give him a stage of his own and he's fantastic. Our members will hang me if I don't get him back, so a date for your diary is .......... Ent. Secs, book him with confidence. A brill' night Phil.
DEAN WHITTLE, ROWLEY & BLACKHEATH LABOUR CLUB, April 2007

It was debut night for Phil Aaron at The Charlemont tonight and what a debut it was. He went down 'a storm'. He was brilliant, from the first note he sang to the last. Our members loved him. His choice of songs was sublime, his appearance terrific and what a gentleman. He, most definitely, will be back. A fabulous night.
'TAFF' DILMORE, CHARLEMONT BOWLING CLUB, April 2007

THE LAURELS, HALESOWEN, June 2007

Phil Aaron was making his first appearance at the club this evening. He is a big guy with a terrific voice, immaculate presentation and uses good equipment. He gave our members a superb night, singing a good variety of songs. No-one wanted him to come off stage at the end of the evening.
ARTHUR RAY, CRADLEY HEATH LIBERAL CLUB, June 2007

Finishing off our entertainment this month was Phil Aaron. Phil, in my opinion, is brilliant. He has a powerful voice and sings some beautiful songs that make you sit up and take notice. At the end of the evening, everyone wanted more, so he carried on till midnight! Many thanks Phil. You're welcome here anytime.
ALLAN DAY, SMETHWICK RBL, July 2007

TONY GLOVER, CRADLEY HEATH LIBERAL CLUB, September 2007

To open the second half of our Showcase today, we heard from a guy by the name of Phil Aaron. This guy is a must for any club. He is well presented and has a very 'polished' act. He gave a great performance today.
BRIAN PROBERT, SOUTH STAFFS. ENT. COUNCIL, October 2007

To start off the second half was a young man whom I've had the pleasure of working with on many occasions, Phil Aaron. Phil seems to get better and better each time I see him. He was well turned out in evening suit and bow tie. He really looked the part. He provided a most enjoyable 'spot' with some very interesting audience participation, especially in the Tom Jones numbers.

DENNIS WEBLEY, SOUTH STAFFS ENT. COUNCIL, December 2007

We were given a super evenings entertainment by Phil Aaron tonight. I have not had the pleasure of seeing him perform before, but our members and yours truly were very impressed with his performance. He started off with some super classics which brought out his vocal talents. As he progressed through the evening he seemed to get better and better. Once again, our members crowded the dance floor as he speeded things up a tad. You can see why Phil is such a  popular entertainer on the circuit. He was great and is another artiste to add to our forthcoming list. Thanks again.
BRIAN TREVIS, ASHWOOD SOCIAL CLUB, December 2007.

This was the first time Phil  Aaron had appeared at Parkes Hall, but it certainly wont be the last. The audience loved him. He sang a wide range of songs to suit all ages. Phil was dressed immaculately. He is a true gentleman, very charming indeed.
KAREN, PARKES HALL SOCIAL CLUB, April 2008

Extracts from a letter I received: Many thanks for being our very professional entertainer at the recent Age Concern Dudley Volunteer event at Next Generation Health Club's Function Suite. Your performance really 'hit the Spot' and the feedback I have received has been so positive. They are already talking about the next one. I am sure you were able to see for yourself that people had such a good time and were happy to let their hair down to your music.
RENE' EVANS, Volunteer Co-ordinator. June 2008

CHESLYN HAY WMC - AIR AMBULANCE CHARITY SHOW 20TH JUNE 2008
To open the second half, we heard from the one and only Phil  Aaron. This man gets better every time I see him. A great 'spot' Phil.
CAROL LAINE, Compere

Phil Aaron provided brilliant entertainment throughout the night. A good room thoroughly enjoyed themselves. It was a great night from a fabulous artiste. Thanks a lot Phil.
JACK STAIN - DARLASTON CONSERVATIVES CLUB, June 2008

Phil Aaron is another new face to our club. Unfortunately, there were quite a few members missing tonight. Again, it did not deter Phil from his job. His choice of music was superb. The members loved him and want him back a.s.a.p. Thanks for a great night Phil. I heard some songs I hadn't heard in years. It was brilliant.
MAGGIE HILL, BLACKHEATH LIBERAL CLUB, June 2008

Sheridan Leigh + Phil Aaron. This Saturday, we were treated to the talents of two top class artistes. Sheridan and Phil both gave brilliant performances that complimented their individual styles and choice of material, expertly delivered to the enjoyment and appreciation of the audience.
DENNIS WEBLEY, SEDGLEY WMC, July 2008

Tonight, Phil Aaron was welcomed to the 'Rose Villa' stage. Once again, we were very busy. Tonight, however our audience were more able to sit back and relax to the fine tunes of this guy. Always immaculately dressed, Phil proceeded to give us three excellent 'spots' of 50's, 60's and 70's music. If you haven't seen or heard of Phil Aaron, he is well worth a booking. Thanks for a great night Phil.
STEVE DEVEY, BROWNHILLS  (Hednesford Road) WMC, July 2008

MIDLAND COUNTIES SHOP WINDOW held at Blackheath Liberal Club.
Another act you can be self assured about booking is male vocalist Phil Aaron, our second singer of the afternoon. Phil is one of those artistes who can be relied on to give you a thoroughly enjoyable evening of entertainment. One of those performers whose popularity seem to transcend all age groups. In other words, Phil is the type of artiste who is suitable for any venue, any crowd, any occasion. Take my advice, book him.
TERRY WEAVER, July 2008.

Our final Saturday of the month saw Phil Aaron on stage. What a performance. Very professional is the only way to describe what he does and how he portrays himself. A great night was had by all. Thanks a lot Phil.
